B&S Distribution Work Culture

We have a strong work ethic at B&S Distribution and we do know how to have fun too...

We have quarterly 'Town Hall Meetings' where all employees are given an opportunity to meet and hear from the Executive board. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open forum for the directors to share their thoughts and plans with the team as well as giving the employees an opportunity to raise concerns, questions or highlight improvements.

Over the years we have found this forum to play a pivotal part in bridging gaps between the employees and the Board. It promotes the family values and ethics we believe make us a success. Every Town Hall meeting is also followed by lunch which is enjoyed together.

And... we all enjoy the 'Dress Down Friday' policy.
